Refund Policy

Once you submit your application to us and paid, it is assumed that you have accepted and accepted that we may begin processing your application and providing our service.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you therefore authorize your use of this service and pay the service fee. As a result, you have no right to cancel your order.

Since the website has implemented (IPN) – Instant System Payment Notification, which makes it possible to process the service immediately after payment of the processing fee, we have a NO REFUND Policy. Any request for reimbursement of the service fee cannot be accepted.

For submitted ESTA applications rejected by the ESTA – Visa Waiver Program, only US $14 mandatory fee will be refunded.
If there is already an existing valid ESTA application in the system of the traveler, we are unable to issue a refund as the most recently submitted travel permit will be overwritten and deleted.

If Customer refuses or  reject to provide additional information necessary to complete the Travel Authorization, only the US $14 mandatory fee will be refunded. per application.

ESTA Check $25 is non-refundable when customers have placed the order and successfully make the payment.

We do however take exceptional circumstances into consideration, and will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.
